Biography

Dr. Amal Elgammal is the Head of the Software Engineering Department and the Head of the International Relations Office at Egypt University of Informatics (EUI), an institution she co-founded. She previously served as an Academic Adviser to the Minister of Communications and Information Technology in Egypt, contributing to national initiatives in digital transformation and education. Dr. Elgammal is also an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Cairo University (on secondment since 2020), combining academic leadership with applied research and international collaborations.
